Own your content but grant ReelHire a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licenseto host, display, and share it on the platform or any other platform for advertisement.
Are responsible for ensuring the content is accurate, lawful, and does not violate others’ rights;
Acknowledge that we may remove or decline to publish content at our discretion.

We do not guarantee employment outcomes based on content you submit.

Job Listings and Employer Content

Job postings on ReelHire may come directly from employers or be aggregated from third-party sources. While we aim for accuracy, we:

Do not verify every listing;
Make no guarantees about job availability, employer legitimacy, or posting accuracy;
Recommend that users conduct their own research before applying or engaging.

ReelHire does not endorse or recommend any job, employer, or opportunity shown on the platform.

No guaranteesare made regarding employment outcomes, job matches, or the effectiveness of video reels or other tools we provide.
ReelHire is not liablefor any user or employer behavior on or off the platform, including misconduct, discrimination, fraud, or harassment.

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the Site or these Terms, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using ReelHire.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so portions of this limitation may not apply to you. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Advertising & Partner Content

Employers may promote job posts via “Featured Listings” or branded content. All such content is subject to approval and must meet platform guidelines. ReelHire reserves the right to reject any ad, image, or company logo at its sole discretion.

Job ads may be promoted based on relevance, user preferences, or other algorithms determined by ReelHire.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms.

General Terms

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder will still apply. These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, represent the full agreement between you and ReelHire.
